Top Brass love to give something back to local charities. Throughout the year we will play at a number of charity concerts, but also every year we choose a specific charity to be our 'Charity of the Year'. At the end of the year we donate a percentage of our income to this charity.

For 2007 we have decided that our charity of the year will be Nelson's Journey. This wonderful local charity (No. 1065775) has been in operation since November 1997.  The charity was established to provide a service to children and young people who have experienced the death of a significant person in their life e.g. mother, father, sibling etc.  They work with children up to the age of 17yrs (inclusive). 

** Update ** In November 2007 Top Brass combined with their friends SaxAbility to do a joint concert at the Octagon Chapel, Norwich, in aid of Nelson's Journey. We are happy to say that this was very well attended and has resulted in us being able to donate over £360 to the charity. Merry Christmas Nelson !
